The Nordball website does not use its own analytics, advertising or marketing cookies.

If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, we process only the data you choose to send us, such as your name, contact details and message content.

If you register for a game through Lu.ma, Nordball may receive data needed to organize the event, such as your name, email, selected event, registration status and payment confirmation information.

Payment data, such as bank card numbers, is processed by payment services used by Lu.ma and/or Stripe. Nordball does not receive or store bank card details.

This data is used only to respond to your request, organize participation in Nordball games, communicate about related events and complete necessary administrative tasks.

The site automatically reads public Lu.ma calendar data to display upcoming Nordball games.

Registration takes place on Lu.ma after you follow an event link from the Nordball website.

These services may process technical data, such as IP address, browser information and cookies, according to their own privacy and cookie policies.

Nordball does not receive access to the full technical data of these services and does not use it for its own advertising or analytics.

The site may link to Lu.ma, WhatsApp and Instagram.

When you open those sites or apps, their own privacy policies, cookie policies and terms of use apply.

We keep messages and contact details only for as long as necessary to respond to requests, organize participation in Nordball games or complete related administrative tasks.

Photos and videos may be created during Nordball events. They may be used for Nordball communication and promotion.

If you do not want to appear in photos or videos, please tell us before the event starts.

You can contact us if you want to know what data about you is processed, correct your data or ask us to delete your data when it is no longer necessary to keep it.
